cocktails without citrus:
These cocktails come undiluted and will keep indefinitely at room temperature (keep out of direct sunlight). stir 1.5-3oz with plenty of ice for 20-30 seconds. You're aiming for about 40-45% of the final cocktail to be water dilution from the ice and also for it to be sufficiently chilled. Use citrus zest that you feel will best compliment the cocktail as a nice garnish.
Cocktails with citrus:
cocktails containing citrus should be stored in the fridge and will keep for up to 1 month. These cocktails have been partially diluted 20-25%. For a quick drink, just give the bottle a gentle shake and pour over some ice. Or you can add 3-4oz to a shaker and give a quick shake with some ice and strain into your favorite (chilled) cocktail glass.
